How to book without surprises
Come to the conversation with three things: your date, your headcount and a rough sense of the shape of the night. With those, we can tell you clearly what is possible rather than trading vague messages for a week.
Book early. Weekend dates for larger groups go first, and the earlier the booking lands the more say you have over how the space is arranged. If anything specific matters to you, raise it at the point of booking rather than on the night.
Getting here from Aventura
The venue is at 3507 NE 163rd St, North Miami Beach, FL 33160, a short drive from Aventura and straightforward from Sunny Isles and North Miami. The North Miami Beach location page has detail on the space.
It is a 21+ venue, so every guest needs valid ID. Worth including in the invitation rather than leaving it to chance.
Questions to ask before you commit
Ask what happens if your numbers change, and get the answer before you agree to anything. Guest counts move, and the difference between a venue that can absorb five fewer people and one that cannot is worth knowing at the point of booking rather than the week of the event.
Then ask three practical things: how the space is arranged for your headcount, what the timings are for the evening, and who you will be dealing with on the night. Vague answers to any of those are a reasonable reason to keep looking. A venue that can describe your specific evening back to you has thought about it; one that only quotes a capacity and a minimum has not. Put your date and headcount in writing when you enquire so the answers you get are about your night rather than a general case.
Reserve a table for your visit, see what's on, and explore the North Miami Beach location page before you go.
